Yahel Sherman (born May 12, 1976, in Ma’alot) is an Israeli DJ and electronic music producer specializing in the trance genre. He is known internationally by his stage name “Yahel.”
Sherman is considered one of the leading electronic music artists in Israel and has achieved significant international success. At the peak of his career, he was ranked #28 in the prestigious DJ Mag Top 100 DJs list.
His tracks have been widely played by internationally renowned DJs such as Tiësto and Armin van Buuren.
The track “Voyage” (also known in Israel as “Viagra”), created together with Eyal Barkan, is considered one of the most iconic trance classics of all time.
